The same area as before with the blue dumpsters, however, they are missing. Now, in their place, are at least half a dozen regular Sanipac garbage cans standing upright. There are at least two laying on their side in the background. In between the ones standing are plates of rotting food and other miscellaneous trash. In the background of this picture, towards the right and near a white boxtruck are several white bags of trash piled on the ground.
